Web login only from the country of the mail provider's IP, preferably clean. Public and cheap residential proxies will lead to a ban.

Recommendations:
If an account asks for SMS on login (not a reason for replacement, just attach your own number) or verify via free SMS activation services! (But in 99% of cases SMS is not required)
Reason for replacement: incorrect login/password.
Replacement is not provided if proxies were not used during connection! Be careful!
